HTC Arbor Services provides professional tree surveys and consultancy for developers, contractors, local authorities and estate managers who need accurate, compliant information they can act on.

We carry out BS5837 Tree Surveys to support planning applications, clearly identifying protected trees, root protection areas and suitable development zones. Where trees are present on or adjacent to a development site, we produce Arboricultural Impact Assessments (AIA) and Method Statements — the documents your planning consultant and local authority will expect to see.

For ongoing estate and asset management, we provide Tree Risk Assessments that evaluate structural condition, identify hazards and support your duty of care obligations. All reports are produced to current British Standards, written clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences, and delivered to agreed timescales.
