When development timelines are tight, site clearance needs to be planned, compliant and coordinated from day one. Delays at the clearance stage cost money and disrupt the programme — which is why the quality and reliability of your arboricultural contractor matters.
HTC Arbor Services provides professional site clearance for developers, principal contractors, estate managers and environmental consultants. We remove trees, scrub, vegetation and organic material to prepare land for construction, landscaping or redevelopment — working to your programme and coordinating around other trades on site.
Before any clearance begins, we identify protected trees and check for planning conditions or Tree Preservation Orders, ensuring nothing is removed without the correct permissions in place. We liaise with planning consultants and local authorities where required, so you don't have to manage that process separately.
All arisings are removed and disposed of responsibly, with waste transfer documentation provided as standard. Where required, stump grinding is available to bring the site to a clean, level finish ready for groundworks.
Our teams hold NPTC, LANTRA and CSCS qualifications — including Site Supervisor awards — and are experienced in working safely within active construction environments.
